A second Hinako episode… and I thought they’re gonna continue with the Kaiji mystery. Guess they’ll have that next week.

Hinako was a bit depressed upon arriving home with only a message from her mom. She won’t be having any company again for the night and the following day because of her business trip. Hinako then packed up some things and headed to Sana’s apartment to stay for the night. Sana, not knowing her reason for the sudden stay, refuses at the first but lost later on when Hinako told him she informed her mom about it [the scene included yet another misunderstanding scene with Aoi when she saw Sana on top of Hinako on the bed... accidentally of course].

After that, they did a bit of studying and cooking [Hinako's meal... it did look normal but the taste is as awful as last time]. When Hinako decided to take a bath, Sana looked for her contact information to call her mom, but he only got the answering machine as the phone rang. As he looked back at Hinako’s ID, he found out that her birthday’s tomorrow so he phoned Aoi to plan something for her.

That same night, Hinako can’t sleep because she left the big stuffed yeti her father gave her. She then told Sana to sleep beside her to make up for the stuffed doll. She explained that she thought she can sleep without it since “she’s no longer a kid,” but realized otherwise. Sana, being a good guy as he is, agreed and slept with her through the night.

The following day, Sana asked Hinako to help him buy a present for a girl. They then “bumped” to Shuusuke went on to search for a gift. Hinako chose the chick clock, but since it’s expensive, Shuu voluntarily shared the expenses with Sana. The rest of the day went on, and they watched movies and hanged out before going home. As they reached Sana’s apartment, Shuuri, Nanaka and Aoi surprised Hinako with a small party. They then continued celebrating until Hinako decided to go home. Sana accompanied her until she reaches home, and as a token of gratitude, Hinako gave him a kiss.
