In this episode we come across a new character - Hinako. Shuusuke met her when he saw being picked up by some boys along his way to school. He helps her but left his notebook in the process. After that incident, Hinako developed a crush in him and decided to return the notebook after his class, hoping to see him again. Successful in her attempt, she started to visit Shuusuke and his friends every after class.

Sana later on bumps into Hinako one night in a fastfood restaurant. Hinako insisted that she can eat alone because she’s no longer a kid anymore. But upon receiving her kid meal, she reddened out and explained it’s for her to collect the yeti toys the restaurant have. In turn, Sana ordered the same kid’s meal and gave the toy to her.

The next day, Hinako asked Sana to talk to her, so they went straight to his apartment after class. She confessed that she has a crush to Shuu, and needed help to get his attention. Luckily [or maybe not that luckily], Aoi entered the apartment unexpectedly and saw them in a very awkward position, but decided to help them anyways. Sana interviewed Shuu the following day about the type of girl he likes. He first thought that she had to have big breasts. Aoi, being the number one gifted girl in that area, can’t explain much how they have grown that big, so they dropped that option. The next thing Shuu pointed out, is that she has to be good in cooking. Aoi again taught Hinako how to cook a basic curry meal, as she is the best cook in their group. Unfortunately, Hinako has more to learn to satisfy Shuu’s stomach, or he’ll die out of food poisoning [or Sana, at least, since he's always the first taster].

Running out of options, Aoi advices Hinako to confess straight to Shuusuke. Sana set them up for a date in an aquarium. Since things were going smoothly at first, Sana decided to leave them alone for a while, but was found a few hours later. Seeing the look at Hinako’s face, Sana decided to call it a day. While on the way back, Hinako told him she was rejected, but was not sad at it since Shuu treated her as an adult when he turned her down. Although trying her best to hold back her tears, Sana told her it’s okay to cry, even adults do that especially when their hearts are broken. With that, she went all out and cried.
